"In the middle of every difficulty lies opportunity.” – Albert Einstein

Whether you’re deciding to end your marriage, adjusting after separation, or rebuilding your future, I provide personalized strategies to restore stability and confidence. Together, we’ll address co-parenting, emotional well-being, and your goals for moving forward. With compassionate support and practical tools, I’ll help you gain clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of control.

Divorce can leave children and teens feeling confused, overwhelmed, or unsure how to express their emotions. I provide a safe space with age-appropriate activities and tools that encourage self-expression, resilience, and healthy coping. With compassionate guidance, I help young people navigate family transitions with confidence, stability, and hope for the future.

Co-parenting can be difficult, especially when communication and trust have broken down. I provide strategies to reduce conflict, improve communication, and support you in creating or revising parenting agreements. Sessions can be attended individually or with your co-parent to build a stable, supportive foundation for your children.

Voice of the Child Reports provide a written record of a child’s views, wishes, and preferences during separation or divorce. Typically for children 12 and older, these reports may be court-ordered or requested privately if both parents agree. With the informed consent of both parents and the child, VCRs ensure a child’s voice is respectfully considered in family decision-making.
For more detailed information about the Voice of the Child process, expectations of parents, and fees, please refer to the Voice of the Child Report Information Sheet available below.

A child-centred counselling process designed to support and strengthen parent–child relationships following separation or divorce. This service may be helpful when relationships between a parent and child have become strained or estranged. Sessions may involve individual meetings with parents, children, or joint parent–child sessions, depending on the needs of the family. The focus is on improving communication, rebuilding trust, and supporting the child’s emotional well-being while helping families move forward in healthier ways.

A structured process that gives children and youth the opportunity to share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences about their parents’ separation or divorce in a safe and supportive environment. Using age-appropriate and play-based activities, children can express their perspectives in their own words. The process focuses on capturing the child’s voice—not evaluating parenting or making recommendations—and provides parents with a brief written summary to support greater understanding of their child’s experience.
For more information about the process and expectations for parents, please refer to the Meeting with Children information sheet available below.
